WHERE THE RIG
MEETS THE ROUTE.

Some operations are a wash bay. Some are a lube shop. Some are a borracharia. Some are an export hub for filters, motor oil, and tires. We're all four — because the same station that washes a truck on Tuesday morning also packs a parts shipment for an international buyer on Tuesday night.

Our position

Velyx is the operating brand of Car Truck Lavagem e Borracharia Ltda — a BR-470 km 160 service station in Nova Prata, Rio Grande do Sul, running four integrated operations: vehicle wash, lubrication, borracharia, and an auto parts export hub.

The service floor is what truckers and drivers see first — a truck stop & service station on a major Rio Grande do Sul logistics route, where rigs roll in for a wash, drivers come for an oil change, and breakdowns get fixed at the borracharia counter. The kind of station that knows the difference between a passenger car and a working truck.

Behind the bays runs the parts operation — filters, motor oil, replacement parts, and the consumables that any vehicle needs to stay on the road. Stocked, organized, and available for both walk-in service and structured supply.

And on the back of that infrastructure runs the export channel — international shipments of auto parts, filters, motor oil, and tires, with the documentation, packaging discipline, and cross-border logistics that a real export operation requires. The same station that fixes a flat tire at km 160 can ship a pallet of filters to an international buyer.

/ 02 Operations

TWO
OPERATIONS.
EIGHT CHANNELS.

/ 04 Method

FROM PULL-IN
TO ROAD
OR PORT.

Four stages that govern every job moving through the station — whether it's a truck pulling in for a wash and oil change, or a pallet of filters being prepared for an international shipment. Direct, structured, and built around the rhythm a real service operation requires.
01
// Stage 01

Intake

The vehicle pulls in or the order comes in — service brief defined, vehicle inspected, parts requirements identified, and the work scoped before anyone starts turning a wrench.

02
// Stage 02

Setup

Bay assigned, tools and parts staged, fluids and consumables ready — the operational setup that lets a service job run cleanly without delays or improvisation mid-work.

03
// Stage 03

Service

The work happens — wash, lube, borracharia repair, parts installation, or export packaging — executed against the brief with the kind of attention that working vehicles deserve.

04
// Stage 04

Dispatch

Vehicle rolls out, parts shipped to the customer, or export pallet loaded for international dispatch — with the documentation and traceability the operation requires.
